The stalwart centre back suffered a knee injury prior to the start of the 2019/20 Somalia Premier League Season which ruled him out of his side’s first two matches of the season

Mogadishu City Football Club were handed a major boost as the defender returned to training with his teammates his week with the hope of making a return on week 3 of the Somali top-flight league

The defender aggravated the injury on return to training his week and has now been ruled out for a month and half with the knee injury
