Another year, another early exit for CAF representative at the FIFA Club World Cup
Caf Champions league winners, Esperance de Tunis has been bundled out of the 2019 FIFA Club World Cup competition on-going in Qatar in the second round of the tournament following a 0-1 defeat to Saudi Arabian top-flight side Al-Hilal Saudi on Saturday afternoon
The Tunisian giants entered the competition at the second round stage but lost during a solitary strike for substitute Bafetimbi Gomis in the 73rd minute of the encounter
Ghanaian international, Kwame Bonsu lasted 80 minutes on the pitch for Esperance de Tunis before he was replaced on the afternoon
Results means the Caf champions league champions will now make a quick return home to continue with their defence of both the Tunisian top-flight league title as well as the Caf champions league crown
