The midfielder joined on loan with an option to make the deal permanent at the end of the season
Alfred Duncan has had stints in the Italian top flight league for clubs such Inter Milan, Genoa, Sampdoria, Livorno, Sassuolo before joining Fiorentina
He is expected to link up with his new teammates with immediate effect
