The national U23 side, Black Meteors were held to a 2-2 stalemate against Ghana premier league side Dreams FC in their final preparatory game before their Africa U23 championship clash against Algeria

The game was used to have a final assessment of the team ahead of the qualifier

The Meteors threw away a two goal lead to draw the encounter

Attram De Visser defender Emmanuel Cudjoe and Okyeman Planners winger Eric Razak got the goals for the U23 side before Kwame Otoo and Dantani Amadu scored for Dreams FC to end the game in a 2-2 draw

Head coach Ibrahim Tanko is expected to name his final team with twelve foreign based players set to join the team ahead of the qualifier

Black Meteors play host to their North African counterparts in the first leg in Accra on Friday September 6 before the return encounter on Tuesday September 10 in Algiers
