Ghana Football Association President Mr. Kurt E.S Okraku and some members of the Executive Council on Monday, October 28 paid a visit to the Black Meteors camp ahead of the U23 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt
Members of the Executive Council includes Mr. Mark Addo, Mr. Samuel Anim Addo, former communication director of the Ghana Football Association Mr. Randy Abbey and renowned football administrator Nana Oduro Safo were in the company of Mr. Kurt E.S Okraku on Monday evening when they met the Black Meteors for the first time since elected into office
The Association President urged the players to write their names in the history books of the country and end the country’s fifteen years absence from the Olympic Games
The team has been in camp for over weeks now with only locally based players as Ghana prepares for the forthcoming U23 African Cup of Nations as they awaits ten other foreign based players to join before the tournament gets underway
