Head coach of the Black Stars, James Kwesi Appiah has named his starting line-up ahead of the Ghana’s second group game of the on-going Afcon 2021 qualifier against Sao Tome and Principe
The coach made one change to the team from their first match against South Africa as winger Samuel Owusu comes in to replace midfielder Alfred Duncan
The back line remain same with Richard Ofori keeping his place in post with Gideon Mensah, Andy Yiadom, Kasim Nuhu and Joseph Aidoo marshalling the defence
Midfielder Iddrisu Baba Mohammed keeps his place in the middle of the pitch as he partners Thomas Partey with Samuel Owusu and Captain Dede Ayew operating from the flanks
Jordan Ayew and Emmanuel Boateng leads the attack for the team on the day
