Afcon 2021 Qualifier: Congolese officials to take charge of Black Stars game against Sao Tome and Principe
Africa football governing body, Confederation of African Football (CAF) have appointed Congolese match officials to handle the game between the Black Stars of Ghana against Sao Tome and Principe in the second round of matches in the on-going Afcon 2021 Qualifiers
The will be officiated by all Congolese officials come Monday in Sao Tome and Principe
Messie Jessie Oved Nkounkou Mvoutou will be the match day referee for the encounter far away in Sao Tome and Principe in the second game of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match
Nkounkou Mvoutou will be assisted by his compatriots Styven Daniel Moutsassi Moyo and Beaudrel Ntsele Roul in line 1 and line 2 respectively on the day and Lazard Tsiba Kamba serving as the fourth official for the encounter
Angolan official Jose Fernando Macao will be the Match Commissioner for the game while Cameroonian Evarist Menkounde will be the Referee Assessor
The match will be played at the Estadio Nacional 12 de Julho in São Tomé on Monday 18 November with kick-off set at 13:00GMT
