Afcon 2021 Qualifier: Black Stars arrives safely in Ghana after their narrow win against Sao Tome and Principe

The senior national team of Ghana, Black Stars has returned back home safely from Sao Tome and Principe shortly after their hard fought 1-0 win over minors Sao Tome and Principe in the on-going Afcon 2021 qualifiers

The team wasted no time immediately after the game as they made a one and half hour journey back to the nation’s capital Accra

Head coach James Kwesi Appiah and his team are off to a flying start in the qualifiers after recording their second win in their second game of the qualifiers

Ghana now top the group standings with six points after two matches scoring three goals in the process while keeping two clean sheets as well

Players will now depart for their bases in Europe ahead of next year’s round of qualifying matches in March
