The former Dreams FC defender together with his side won 2-1 on the day against giants Olympiacos to lift the trophy

Baba Rahman is on loan from premier league side Chelsea Football Club and ended the season on a high note winning a trophy with the side

The trophy is their 8th Greek Cup triumph in the club’s history
