SWAG Announce Date for 45th MTN-SWAG AWARDS

The Sports Writers’ Association of Ghana (SWAG), has slated October 10th as the date for the 45th MTN SWAG Awards.

The Awards which is held every year was originally scheduled for May 23, 2020 but was put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

SWAG is the umbrella body for the sports media in in the country and also the body responsible for honouring Ghanaian sportsmen & women who excel in their various sports.

The Plush Swiss Spirit Alisa Hotel in Accra will be the venue for the 2019 edition of the Swag Awards where sports personalities who excel under the year review will be honored.

The Events Committee will soon roll out activities leading to the night.
