Europe: Debut Uefa champions league experience for Joseph Paintsil as he’s been named in KRC Genk squad for the competition

Ghanaian youth star, Joseph Paintsil has been named in KRC Genk squad for their Uefa champions league campaign this season

The Ghanaian is in his second season with the Belgian Jupiter league champions and was among the 25 man squad named by the club of the European elite competition this season

He featured in the Europa league last season for the club and will now have his first taste of the top European competition this season

He has featured six times this season and has scored once as well in the league

KRC Genk begins their Uefa champions league campaign on September 17th against compatriot’s Majeed Ashimeru side Red Bull Salzburg before a date with Napoli and later against European champions Liverpool FC
