Kingsley Fobi Bids farewell to Spanish Club CD Badajoz

Ghana U23 right-back Kingsley Fobi has returned to Watford after his loan spell at Spanish third tier side CD Badajoz.

The player thanked his former club for the precious time spent there with a powerful message,

“Dear followers of Badajoz: Today I say goodbye to the club. I want to thank the club for making me feel at home during my stay in Badajoz. After this year, I can only thank the club, the fans that has supported me since the first day I put on this shirt and of course thank you and good luck to my teammates, who helped me settle in from day one.”

The 21-year old continued, “Today I say goodbye to Badajoz but I take away many memories, lessons and great moments that will live with me forever. Finally I want to wish Badajoz many successes in the near future and thanks to Watford football club for everything.”
