Former Black Stars International, Eric Addo Name PSV U-21 Coach

Former Black Stars international, Eric Addo has been appointed as assistant coach for Dutch side PSV Eindhoven U-21 side for the upcoming season

The former midfielder was appointed as the assistant coach for the youth side following his successful acquisition of a Uefa coaching license

Eric Addo spent majority of his playing career in the Dutch top-flight league with clubs such as Roda JC and PSV Eindhoven before calling it off in his playing career

His task with the youth set-up will now be the development of young talents to come through the ranks at the club in years to come

Eric Addo was a member of the Black Stars squad at the nation’s first ever appearance at the FIFA World Cup in 2006 aiding the team to the round of 16 of the tournament

The 41 year old midfielder made 45 appearances for the senior national team appearing twice in Afcon Competition editions as well for the country
