Turkey: Patrick Twumasi scores debut goal in Gaziantep stalemate away from home

Black stars forward Patrick Twumasi opened his goal account for his new club Gaziantep in their 1-1 stalemate against Sivasspor in the Turkish top-flight league

The forward is on loan from Spanish side Deportivo Alaves this summer

Twumasi opened the scoring on the 35th minute of the match to hand his side a narrow lead into the break

Ivorian forward Arouna Kone netted the only goal in the second half of the match to draw level for the home side with eighteen minutes to end the match

Ghanaian midfielder Aziz Tetteh played the entire duration of the match whiles compatriot Rahman Chibsah came on as a second half substitute for Malian midfielder Souleymane Diarra in the 68th minute for Gaziantep

Goal scorer Patrick Twumasi also came off in the 78th minute mark of the game

Gaziantep sits 11th with four points after three games into the new Turkish top-flight league
