Team Ghana concluded their campaign at the African Games with thirteen medals in the bag as they head back to Ghana from Rabat,Morocco

Team Ghana secured two gold medals, two silver medals and nine bronze medals from Athletics, Boxing and Weightlifting and finishes fifteenth on the medal table at the championship
