Round up of Upper West stars in the premier league after week 3 of the 2019/20 Ghana premier league

Match Day 3 of the 2019/20 Ghana premier league season saw a number of stars from the Upper West Region featuring for their domestic club across the country

A total of ten players from the region were involved with their various clubs during the week

Six played full throttle for their sides with the other four sitting on the bench for their clubs

One had an assist over the weekend for his side with two winning Man of the Match Awards following their impressive performances

Centre forward Hafiz Wontah Konkoni played full 90 minutes for Bechem United in their narrow win over Great Olympics. He provided an assist for the game’s only goal and was voted Man of the Match as well. His first assist and individual award of the season

Right back Hafiz Adams continued his impressive form for Aduana Stars as he played full throttle in their 2-1 win over King Faisal

Toufic Razak featured for King Faisal in their defeat against Aduana Stars and played the entire duration of the match

Teenage star Yussif Fadili maintained his place at the back line for Legon Cities FC as he played 90 minutes in their barren draw encounter against Dreams FC

Yakubu Mohammed was unused substitute for Legon Cities FC on the day

Central defender Ahmed Adams inspired Berekum Chelsea to victory over Asante Kotoko with a stand out performance throughout the match. He was voted Man of the Match as well
