New role for John Paintsil as club reassign him as chief scout ahead of the new season

Wa Allstars SC has reassigned former Black Stars defender John Paintsil to a new role by as scout at after he was been removed as the head coach of the club

John Paintsil who has been replaced by Bosnian-German tactician Goran Barjaktarevic will now serve the club in a capacity as the chief scout for the one time Ghana premier league champions

The former defender was relieved of his post as the head coach of the club after failing to meet the requirements needed to head the technical bench a Ghana Premier League club in the country

The former Kaizer Chiefs assistant coach has a coaching license from South Africa and doesn’t hold CAF License A certificate hence the reason he can’t manage a top-flight club in the country

He has been in charge of the club’s pre-season training and games ahead of the season before his new role

The former Wa based club open their league campaign against Liberty Professionals on match day 1 of the 2019/20 football season
