Ghanaian duo Joseph Paintsil and Majeed Ashimeru will come face to face with their respective clubs in the group phrase of the Uefa champions league this season

Joseph Paintsil with KRC Genk side will face off in the group against six times and last season’s winners Liverpool FC and one time winner Napoli and Majeed Ashimeru’s Austrian out RB Salzburg

Liverpool FC were last season in the same group with Italian club Napoli as both won at their respective home grounds in the group stages
