Black Meteors attacker, Issah Abass came off the bench to score a solitary for FC Utrecht in their slim win against Groningen in the second round of the KNVB beker cup competition on Thursday night

The youngster came on in the 63rd minute of the match to replace injured Jean-Christophe Bahebeck and became an instant hit five minutes after coming on to net the game’s only goal for the night

Results means FC Utrecht have advanced to the next round of the competition

Issah Abass was part of the Black Meteors set-up at the just ended U-23 Afcon tournament in Egypt where they missed out on a place in next year’s Tokyo Olympics
