EUROPE: Swansea City Manager, Steve Cooper Wax Lyrical About Andre Ayew

Ghana Black Stars skipper, Andre Ayew has once again caught the eye of Swansea City manager Steve Cooper following his dazzling performance against Black Burn Rovers in the Championships.

The attacker featured prominently in their 1-1 stalemate against Black Burn Rovers to earn a point at home.

The visitors took the lead just four minutes into the game through former Swansea striker Graham, but Ayew who’s also the leading scorer of his side equalized just six minutes later with a powerful header.

In and interview with the club’s media outlet, manager Steve Cooper couldn’t hide his admiration for the Ghanaian as he throw bouquets at the Ghanaian.

“I thought Andre was by far the best player on the pitch, I thought he was a real leader. We know he has the ability to be as good as anybody in the league….” he complemented.

The draw sees Swansea remains three points adrift of the play-off place in 10th with 31 points.
