Mandate of Ghana’s Normalization Committee officially ends

Ghana’s Normalization Committee tenure in charge of the Football Association has officially come to an end on Sunday, November 17

The committee was given a six-month mandate led by Dr. Kofi Amoah but was further extended to September 17 following the expiratin of their mandate back in March

Their core mandate was to run the Ghana Football Association’s daily affairs, review the GFA statutes to ensure compliance with the requirements of FIFA and CAF, particularly art. 15 of the FIFA Statutes and organise and conduct elections of a Ghana Football Association executive committee on the basis of the revised Ghana Football Association statutes
