Ghanaian duo, Abubakari Kashaf and Wahidu Mumuni were instrumental for Mogadishu City FC as they helped power them to the semi-finals of the on-going General Da’ud Cup Competition

The duo started the encounter for the Somali capital club with defender Abubakari Kashaf playing throughout the entire duration of the match while compatriot midfielder Wahidu Mumuni went off minutes in the dying embers of the game

Mogadishu City FC won by 3-0 against Saxafi Football Club on the day with what is their third clean sheet of the competition in four matches

Mogadishu City FC head into the semi-finals on the back of the massive victory and will now play Geeska Afrika in the semi-finals on Saturday, November 16
