Black stars B defender Ibrahim Imoro is fully of confidence ahead of tonight clash against host nation Senegal in the grand finale of the 2019 WAFU Competition
The left back who missed Ghana’s semi final clash against Ivory Coast returned to training ahead of the final and is hoping to play a part in the final game later this evening
In an exclusive chat ahead of the game said
“I am full of confidence ahead of the game and I believe we have got the best team to win the trophy for the third time”
Haven returned from injury, the left back is optimistic of playing a part in the final
“I have returned to training with the group after the semi final clash against Ivory Coast and am hoping to play a part in the match should the coach play me tonight”
History could be made tonight should head coach Maxwell Konadu and his side lift the trophy
“Am hoping to be part of the history of this competition tonight as we will be the first nation to have lifted the trophy three times and for keep as well”
On the atmosphere in camp ahead of the game the talented left back added
“Morale in camp is high and everyone of us is fired up for the match and am sure we will get the job done tonight”
