Ghana international Raphael Dwamena has been sidelined indefinitely following a heart problem detected at his club side Real Zaragoza in Spain

According to media reports out there in Spain, the forward has been detected with a heart related problem by the medical team of his club

Raphael Dwamena was detected with a heart problem after undergoing regular health tests on Wednesday

The on loan striker from Levante has been ruled out indefinitely as further medical examinations will be carried out on him

He has this season made nine appearances for Real Zaragoza scoring two goals
