GFA PRESIDENCY: George Afriyie Lunches ‘RESTORATION’ Manifesto in Sunynani

Having been passed fit by the vetting committee to contest for the position of the president of the Ghana Football Association, George Afriyie has lunched his manifesto dubbed THE RESTORATION in Sunyani at the Eusbett International Conference Centre.

The lunch was preceded by a football game where George engages football fraternity in “Restoration” games between current and retired footballers. His “One player one football” proposition was also exhibited where each and every player was handed a football.

If you think George Afriyie did the unthinkable by deciding to lunch the manifesto in the Brong Ahafo region, then reconsider your opinion. Considering the plethora of delegates dotted around the region, that was a smart and a strategic move.

Tipped by football connoisseurs as the favorite George Afriyie will battle it out with Kurt Okraku, Fred Pappoe, George Ankoma Mensah, Nana Yaw Amponsah and Amanda Clinton.

The elections is scheduled to take place on 25th October 2019.
