2020 CHAN QUALIFIER: Ghana Vs Burkina Faso – Preview

The African Nations Championship is a biennial football tournament organized by the Confederation of African Football exclusively featuring players from the respective national championships.

The 2020 CHAN in Ethiopia will be the sixth edition but the last time Ghana Black Stars ‘B’ participated was in 2014.

Burkina Faso qualified at the expense of Ghana in the last qualifications after drawing 2-2 with the Black Stars B at home and eventually knocking them out with a 2-1 win in Ghana.

Having being in camp for over a month and having played a number of trial games and having been given the needed attention, there’ll not be too much to asked for from the team.

The glittering array of players from the most active and in-form clubs in the country are the ones that constitutes the core of the Black Stars ‘B’ team.

They’ll take on Burkina Faso this afternoon in the first leg of a two-legged tie game in their bit to qualify for 2020 CHAN in Ethiopia for first time in five years.
