Super-sub Philip Garry Nets Sixth Goal Of The Season

The deadly forward is having an extra ordinary debut season with Wa Power SC in the Upper West Regional Division Two League.

Philip’s goals have been shared equally with 3 scored in each round, making it 6 goals in total out of 10 appearances.

All his strikes have come from open play with one header, which came in yesterday’s 1-1 draw at Ziko Babies FC.

4 of the 6 goals have come as substitute appearances, including 3 in the last 3 matches. And 2 goals from 3 starts even though he is yet complete 90 minutes this season.

Garry Philip turned from scorer to creator in the 2-0 victory over Malima FC as he assisted teammate Hafiz for the 2nd goal in that game despite playing barely 30 minutes.

His goal per minute ratio stands tall in the league and Wa Power SC will be hugely counting on that as the Middle League commences in a fortnight.
