Veteran Black stars forward Kelvin Prince Boateng climbed off the bench to make his competitive debut for Fiorentina in their 4-3 defeat to Napoli on the opening day of the new Serie A league
The Ghanaian made an instant impact in the contest scoring his first goal for the club after four minutes in his debut
Fiorentina took the lead through Chilean midfielder Erick Pulgar in the 9th minute from a spot kick before Napoli turned the game on and took a 2-1 lead into the break with goals from Belgian forward Dries Mertens and Italian forward Lorenzo Insigne respectively
Fiorentina pulled parity through Serbian defender Nikola Milenkovic before Spaniard midfielder Jose Callejon restored the lead for Napoli again in the game
Super sub Prince Boateng scored to level the game for his new side on his debut before Lorenzo Insigne grabbed his second of the game to hand Napoli all maximum points away from home
Former France and Bayern Munich winger also made his debut in the game infront of the home fans
