CAF President reinstated after CAS ruled in his favor

Ahmad Ahmad has been reinstated as CAF President following a ruling by the Court of Arbitration for Sports, (CAS) on Friday 29th January.

But he can’t contest for the next CAF Presidential election. He was banned by FIFA after breaching ethics of the game.

The CAF capo went to CAS for ruling to be overturned, and has been granted the chance to resume his duties as CAF President.
